I am Ulrika Silfverstolpe.
I work as Head of Concept & Design at Bonnier News Brand Studio.
I am a business strategist, department lead, communicator and experienced project manager from the IT-, gaming and advertising industry.
I've studied and worked in Paris, New York and London and my previous roles in international companies and digital agencies have given me a broad range of leadership- and design knowledge. I have held workshops in production processes, creative exploration and user-journeys. I have a proactive personality and a desire to empower the people that I work with. I am process-driven, have a sense of organisation and an eye for the visual.
I currently work as a Head of Concept & Design at Bonnier News Brand Studio, the in-house agency of one of Sweden's largest media companies. Prior to this I worked as Campaign Manager and Campaign Team Lead at King.com Brand Creative Studio.
I believe that creativity is at its best when it is collective and I am passionate about my work when I get to make innovative solutions together with a thriving and happy team. I am an avid believer in collaboration and my strengths lie in the width of my experience and my ambition to lead with my heart.

My mission is to streamline creative production processes, define yearly strategies, negotiate and procure project management- & design tools, plan team-building activities, arrange educational opportunities and coach a team of Production Managers, Creative Directors, Art Directors, Graphic Designers and Copywriters. Bonnier News Brand Studio is an in-house agency at Scandinavia’s largest media company, offering external clients brand building and business growth by creating innovative concepts and content tailored to the Bonnier News Brands.
Campaign Manager & Campaign Team Lead
King.com Brand Creative Studio, 2017-2019
I focused on innovation and conceptual height for global campaigns and initiatives and acted as a liaison between the Marketing and Platform teams in the UK and the US, games teams and our two existing studio branches; design and video production. I was part of the studio leadership team and areas of responsibility included developing campaign production processes, leading performance reviews and defining OKRs and KPIs to monitor the success of the campaign team. King Brand Creative Studio was King‘s in-house agency and included a total of 35 creatives. We were located in Stockholm, Barcelona, London and San Francisco.
Design Production Lead (FTC)
King.com Brand Creative Studio, 2016-2017
I managed the design team (15+ people) based in Stockholm, London, Barcelona and San Francisco. I handled the daily workload of all the designers, was part of the Brand Creative Studio Leadership team and was in charge of production processes, operational development & team strategies & KPIs.
As a Project Manager I was in charge of planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects and accountable for the project scope, project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project. Hemma is a communication agency focusing on societal issues and challenges. We worked with municipalities and authorities, trade unions and non-profit organizations.
Rodolfo Agency, 2013-2015
Rodolfo is an advertising and innovation agency specializing in behavioural insight and cultural phenomenons in their creative work. During my time at Rodolfo, I worked with clients such as Spotify, Viaplay, Nackademin, Apcoa and many more.
Delorean is a digital agency specializing in individualizing and improving user journeys through strategy, research, digital production and content creation. During my time at Delorean I worked with clients such as Arla, Media Markt, ACO, Axel Johnson International and more.
Head of Production (FTC)
Cinematic Vision, 2011-2012
I headed up a team of Video Artists, Designers and translators specialized in product development. We acquired films from Sweden and the US (mainly) and distributed them in the Nordic markets on DVD, BluRay and in cinemas.
Senior Continuity Coordinator (FTC)
Discovery Networks London, 2010-2011
I managed all daily continuity elements (voiceovers and graphics) for Discovery’s portfolio of channels from a planning and production perspective. I liaised with key departments including Media Planning to ensure deadlines were met and maintained an efficient workflow.

Viasat Broadcasting UK Ltd (MTG), 2008-2010
I coordinated the production of trailers and other marketing activities for all Viasat channels, liaising closely with Brand Managers in the Nordic countries.
